Malibu Residence

Malibu Residence is a 3,800-square-foot new build set against California’s dramatic coastline, designed to support a family’s everyday life and their love of hosting.

Created for a Southern California family with two teenage children, this new build was designed to merge clean, modern lines with coastal warmth and subtle Spanish influences—while staying true to its beachside setting.

We anchored the home with an open-concept floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas through custom oak and walnut millwork. Expansive floor-to-ceiling doors and windows invite in ocean air and natural light, supporting a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Throughout the interiors, bespoke cabinetry and natural stone in the kitchen set a tone of casual sophistication, while layered textures—such as woven rugs, linen upholstery, and sultry lighting—add warmth and character.

The primary suite features a separate lounge and sleep zones, with a textured feature wall and an en-suite bath with warm-veined marble and soft oak detailing.
